Unloading & Set-up
Access is available from 8:00am. Stallholders will be able to unload at the main entrance of the Abertay University Student Centre on Bell Street.
There will be free parking available at the venue, the entrance to the free parking is on Bell Street opposite the venue. Vendors and speakers will get priority and volunteers will do their best to ensure there are spaces available.
There are additional (paid for) parking bays on Bell Street, Bell Street multi-storey and the Wellgate shopping centre.
Please note that parking on Bell Street (not in the carpark) requires the purchase of a parking ticket.
All stalls must stop trading at 5pm to begin breakdown. Breakdown must not begin before then. We would ask stall holders to pack up as quickly as possible so that the hall is emptied by 5.30pm if possible.
Insurance & Legal Documents
When submitting the application we require copies of the following documents (stall holders must also bring copies of these documents to the festival):
- Public Liability Insurance
- Employee Liability Insurance
For stalls selling food:

- Evidence of registration as a food business with your local council.
Vegan Ingredients Policy
Stalls must ensure that all products on the stall are 100% vegan and there are no animal products on the stall (this includes dairy, eggs, fish, meat, beeswax, honey, wool, leather, silk and all other animal-derived products). Non-vegan businesses are welcome provided that they only promote or sell vegan products on the day. Promotion of any non-vegan products, either verbally or through promotional/marketing material will result in the stall being asked to leave with no refund provided. All products must not have been tested on animals.
All stallholders and staff must not wear animal products at the event. This included leather, suede, woollen sweaters and silk scarves. We also ask that non-vegan staff avoid the consumption of non-vegan food throughout the duration of the event.
Stalls selling alcohol are able to offer free tasters and sell alcohol in sealed containers. No alcohol purchased from vendors is to be consumed on site.
Stallholders are solely responsible for the security of their stall before, during and after the event. Organisers cannot be held responsible for any damage or theft of stock or property kept at your stall. Stalls should not be left unattended at any point.
We ask that stall holders avoid the use of unnecessary plastic and Styrofoam. Where possible, please use ‘green’ alternatives such as biodegradable plates, cups, cutlery, packaging and bags.
All stalls are responsible for removal and disposal of all rubbish and waste from your stall. Please ensure nothing is left behind at the end of the event.
Once the booking form has been received, we will respond to inform you of availability along with payment details. You will then have 7 days to pay in full for the stall. Failure to pay within this time may result in your stall being made available to other stall holders. All stalls must be paid for in advance and no refunds are available.
